Gary Brecka is a human biologist, entrepreneur, and founder of The Ultimate Human, with more than 20 years of experience studying how biology, environment, and daily habits impact human performance and longevity.
His philosophy is simple: what you put into your body matters. The Ultimate Brew brings that same thinking to something millions of us drink every day, with thoughtfully sourced organic coffee, rigorous independent testing, and complete transparency from origin to cup.
Clean is a marketing word. We made it a measurement.
“Clean” gets used a lot in coffee. We wanted it to mean something. That’s why every lot of The Ultimate Brew is independently tested for mycotoxins, heavy metals, pesticides, and glyphosate, with the full results available right on the bag.
So we decided what clean would mean for us. One origin. An independent laboratory judging every lot. The full report printed one scan away on the side of every bag. A lot that does not clear our bar does not ship.
